Hello South Beach fans,
After one year of talks, the Navy has signed the agreement to allow us to improve and use South Beach!
We need to raise $7,500 to trim the dangerous branches, plant new trees, and to add tables and benches. I will donate $2,500 for the deposit on the landscaper.
I have been cutting the grass, and we need constant help with weeding and light trash pickup. I put a new garbage can down last week, I hope it does not walk away like the last one. Please call me if you can help maintain the beach area.
We will be a 501c nonprofit by July, so your donations will be tax deductible.
As soon as we are set up as a real nonprofit I would like to hold our first official meeting.
